LEGAL INFORMATION
1) COPYRIGHT AND OWNERSHIP OF MATERIALS
The entire copyright in the Photographs is retained by the Photographer at all times throughout the world. With the exception of not for profit gallery or exhibition research or use within educational study (for example a student essay, dissertation), images must not be published either digitally or as hard copy without written prior consent of Tom Hackett or the other photographers. Where Photographs are stored electronically, they must be erased at the conclusion of any agreed usage period. A fee will be agreed where appropriate.
2)USE
No material may be published for profit by any party without the consent and agreed payment and governing terms with Tom Hackett. If agreed Use only applies to the designated party as stated on the written consent and its benefit shall not be assigned to any third party without the Tom Hackett’s or the Photographer’s written permission. Permission to use the Photographs for purposes outside the terms of the original consent must be negotiated with Tom Hackett and or the photographer.
3)ALTERATION
If use is agreed the images must not be cropped or digitally altered without the consent of Tom Hackett.
4) AUTHORSHIP
The works shown are authored by Tom Hackett. Under no circumstances may the photographs or the actual sculpture or live work documented be appropriated within the artwork of another, without the prior agreement of Tom Hackett and susequent approval prior to public viewing.
5) PROJECTS
All texts ideas and their execution as projects as shown on this site reamain the actual and intellectual copyright of Tom Hackett.
3) ACCREDIATION
If use is agreed the name of the photographer and the copyright symbol © must be placed in adjacency.
