75 galvanised buckets are suspended on the front of BAC in london.

inside 20 glass house forms hang above head height below the glass skylight ceiling. they are held up by chunky ropes, deflated rubber inner tubes and large hooks, that suggest the notion they are crashing downwards into the space.

the gallery space is dominated by a constructed anchor like form, held in counter balance by a steel cable. it appears as if punching through the door frame. the steel cable dissapears into a forest of fabric strips which fill the anterior chamber.

the sky fell down explored ideas of personal and collective vulnerability to radical personal and global socio-economic sudden change beyond ones primary control. it utilised the process of architectural intervention and the associations of material and form. realised during the propert crash of the early nineties.
